I am starting to feel a little overwhelmed with just *thinking* about researching / looking for a preschool for C when she is around 3 or so.
C will be 2 in about two months so I have time. But, I’ve heard from a few folks that it’s never too early to tour preschools. I don’t mind doing so, but I don’t even know how to come up with a short list of preschools! This has now prompted me into action, and I feel a need to start this. It seems that there is only a certain period of open house dates for preschools and that has me a little worried if I miss these open houses (which all seem to be NOW!). I’m not ready for this yet!
I am starting to get a little worried about all of this and finding a good preschool for C!
(This is different than the tot/parent preschool I wrote in my last post. The tot/parent preschool is just a 10 week program offered by my city.)

My daughters all went to neighborhood preschools wherever we happened to be living at the time. They enjoyed interacting with other children who lived close by. My son’s experience was different. He was only three when I divorced. I started my own preschool as a way to bring in a little extra money and so he attended “Mom’s” preschool for two years. I think he liked it, I know I did.
